Wudu Legal Meaning

(2) If someone has a wound that is not bandaged and it is difficult to wash it, then Wudu should be done normally; However, if it is not possible to wash the wound, the person should wash only around the wound as usual. However, in the latter case, it is better to wipe the hand on the wound, then put a piece of cloth on it and wipe your hand on it. These Nawaqiz are derived from the following hadith of the Imams of Ahlu `l-bayt (peace be upon them): Zurarah bin A`yun quotes the fifth or sixth Imam as follows: “Nothing invalidates wudu except that which comes from both sides [of the sexual organs] or sleep.” 232 Wudu and Ghusl are both ritual washes; The first is a small ablution, while the second is a large ablution. In Islamic law, wudu is considered a ritual act of worship performed with the intention of seeking Allah`s pleasure. Homeyd Ibn-Thowr said that the verse in which âØ£ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙùù (ayy) occurs is never without a name or pronoun preceded by it. ElâFarra and ElâAzheree, the author of Tahdheeba, cited ancient Arabic poetry to determine the meaning of “Ø£ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ No one makes such a promise or vow, so he must fulfill it when his conditions have occurred. For example, someone says, “If I pass my exams, I will stay with Wudu for a whole day.” So, if this person passes his exams, he has to stay with Wudu for a whole day. In addition to the ritual purity (raharat) of the Wudu organs, they must also be exposed. In other words, there should be nothing on them that could prevent water from reaching the skin. Women should be especially careful when lipstick, nail polish, cabbage and eye shadow are such that water does not reach the skin.

If the dirt under the long nails is not more than normal, it will not harm the Wudu. This hadith is narrated by an-Nasa`i, ad-Daraqutni, al-Baihaqi and al-Athram. About his channel, Ibn `Abdul-Barr said, “It seems to be a continuous transmission.” `Abdullah ibn `Umar reported that the Prophet, upon whom peace be assured, said: “No one can touch the Qur`an unless he has purified himself.” (Al-Haithami mentioned this in Majma` az-Zawaid and said his narrators were trustworthy.) Apparently, this hadith has a problem. The word “clean” must have a special meaning here. Therefore, it makes no sense to say that someone who has a small impurity should not touch the Qur`an. Regarding Allah`s statement: “. let no one touch except the purified” (alWaqi`ah 79), apparently the pronoun refers to the “hidden book” (from the previous verse) and it is “the well-preserved tablet” and the “purified” refers to angels, which is similar to the verses: “On the revered, exalted, purified, (lying) scrolls of scribes, noble and just” (Abasah 13-16). Ibn `Abbas, ashSha`bi, azh-Zhahak, Zaid ibn `Ali, al-Mu`aiyad Billah, Dawud, Ibn Hazm and Hammad ibn Abu Sulaiman are of the opinion that someone who has a small impurity can touch the Qur`an. However, most scholars agree that such people can recite the Qur`an without touching it. A popular holiday company âجزÙØ±Ø Ø`Ùاة· ئ اÙتâ (Wight Holiday) uses the same Arabic word âØ£Ùتâ (ayyt) for its practical applications in their business and to attract their customers who understand its meaning in heaven, the storm in life, the food of the spirit, alive, gentle, enlightening, noble people, heroic and optimistic personal or of a certain kind, etc. If you google, you will find so many Arab businesses where the same word “Ø£Ùت (ayyt) is still used in its true sense and Arab business owners and people understand the correct meaning and practical application of this word in their daily lives, but when they come to the Quran, they change its meaning according to false Islamic literature and misleading interpretations of the Quran.

This is nothing but hypocrisy against the words of Allah revealed in the Qur`an. Is the above holiday company âجزÙØ±Ø Ø`Ùاة· ئ اÙتâ only book women to take them on vacation, or do other Arab companies that use `Ø£Ùتâ (ayyt) in their name only do business with women? This is the real mess in the understanding of the Quran, which was originally created by the Arabs and later spread throughout the Muslim world. 4- Touch the private parts directly without a lid. According to the hadith of Busrah bint Safwan (may Allah be pleased with her), where she said, she heard the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم say: “Whoever touches his genitals must perform Wudu.” [Narrated by Abu Dawud.] As mentioned earlier, Wudu is an act that consists of two steps (i) washing your face and hands; and (ii) wipe part of the head and feet. This is clear from verse No. 6 of Surah `1-Ma`idah: The Prophet tells us that we will not be perfect, but even then we must respect justice. We must do what we can to avoid sin, we must perform the obligatory actions that Allah has told us and go beyond the obligatory actions and also pass into supergatory actions. The Prophet then mentions that the best of all actions is prayer, but then what is the key to prayer? This is the Wudu, and so the Prophet mentions that no one will maintain or protect his Wudu except a true believer. What does it mean to protect your wudu? This means that a Mu`min (true believer) who is of a higher level than a Muslim still wants to be in a Wudu state. Whenever he or she breaks their Wudu, they immediately want to execute Wudu again to always be in a state of spiritual purity. He or she does not necessarily do wudu because they need to pray immediately, but they perform wudu to be in the state of purity, out of love, to be in the state of purity. Therefore, the Prophet encouraged us to protect our wudu so that we could attain this higher level of faith.

[2] The Prophet (sallahu alayhi wa salaam) said, “Jibreel came to me at the beginning of what he revealed to me and taught me how to do wudu and prayer.” (Ahmad, al-Hakam) (Kishk, p.55) The Sunnah is also supposed to perfect Wudu and that is, to begin with the mention of the name of Allah beginning with the Basmala (bismillah ir rahmanir raheem). Perfecting wudu also involves washing your hands at first, gargling water in your mouth, and blowing water out of your nose. These actions come from the Sunnah and not from the necessary things of Wudu. It is also only necessary to wash each part once, but if you wash each part three times,[19] in addition to wiping your head, which is done once, then it is also a sunnah. You can also wash each part twice[20] or once,[21] but once is the bare minimum. After all, it is the Sunnah to say dhikr at the end of Wudu, as we said earlier. Wudu is not necessary if you do Duaa or dhikr. You don`t need Wudu for Duaa and Dhikr, you can do them in any state you are in. 4. If a Muslim practices wudu` and washes the parts of wudu` once or twice, or some parts once and others twice and three times, his wudu` is correct.

4. For touching the names and attributes of Allah. It is forbidden to touch the names and attributes of Allah in any scripture without being in a state of ritual purity (wudu). 10. Supplication to Wudu`. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “There is not a single one of you who completes al-wudu and then says: `Ash hadu a la ilah illallah wahdahu la shareeka lahu wa ash hadu anna Mudammadan abduhu wa rasulahu, Alluhamma ij-alnee min at-tawwabeen wa ij-alnee min al-mutatahireen` except that the eight gates of paradise are open to him and he can enter through all the gates, which he chooses (on the Day of Judgment). [Narrated by At-Tirmidhi.] Ùا(ya) is harf nidaa`, Ø£ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ(ayyu) is munaadaa and âÚ3/4اâ (ha) is mabniyy, i.e. harf tanbiih, and the name after this combination (Ùا Ø£ÙÙÙÙÙا) is a badal of (Ø£ÙÙ) as in Ùا Ø£ÙÙÙا اÙØ°ÙÙÙÙÙÙ and Ø¢Ù ÙÙا is Silatu l-mawSuul. Sheikh also said the meaning of “Ø¢Ù ÙÙاâ: you believed or you believed with the advice to take what you want from two. 8- Wipe the neck.

This is not part of wudu`, but if the need arises, it should be done before or after wudu`. For the very first time in the history of theology, Paul gave the misleading concept that the Bible was revealed in metaphorical language. Therefore, on the false basis of Paul`s understanding of allegorical language, the interpretation of the Bible was altered during the “early church conspiracy,” in which the meaning of Bible verses was changed in the name of the so-called Reformation in Christianity. They made Jesus the Son of God in the Reformed translations of the Bible and brought essential faith in the Trinity, ignoring the true meaning of the revealed text of the Bible. This was the time when Jews were busy practicing their man-made book of traditions called “Talmud” (like our books of Bukhari or Muslim traditions, etc.), which was a central text of rabbinic Judaism. The cunning pagans who hijacked Islam used the same strategy to introduce their pagan traditions into Islam by inventing man-made books of hadiths (false traditions) that followed in the footsteps of the deviant Jewish people who had invented the Talmud and made it an integral part of Judaism, rather than simply following their revealed Book of Torah.
